Car was great, and communication was prompt! Good for my family of 5 + all of our stuff for the week. Airport pick up and drop off made things very easy. Would definitely come back to rent in Albany.
Harry was great! No issues whatsoever! Our flight was canceled the night before so we arrived 14 hours later and had zero issues with rescheduling with Harry! He was very flexible and communicated well!
The vehicle itself was excellent, LOADS of room both for the kids as well as the luggage. Excellent car.
